Cheval West Community Association (CWCA)

Member Portal

Please select this link for the Greenacre Properties provided member portal. It is through this portal that members can find all of the official documentation for the Cheval West Community Association.

ARC Request

The CWCA ARC has adopted a new ARC submission method. Please navigate to here.

Once logged into the Portal, on the menu located on the left hand side, select Requests-->ARC Requests to complete the web form and upload applicable forms.

Solid Waste Collection Schedule

Trash pickup: Monday and Thursday
Recycle pickup: Monday
Yard waste pickup: Monday

Note: Containers may only be left out on the day for the respective pickup. Please return your cans from the street promptly after collection to avoid a potential fine.

Street Parking Reminder

As a reminder, please do not park on the street, the grass, over the apron, or in front of a fire hydrant.

Guest Registration

Please create and use the dwellingLIVE account available to each resident for managing access to Cheval. Find more information here.
